Last updated: March 3, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SubKiller ("the Service"), operated at subkill.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SubKiller is a subscription management tool that:

  • Scans your connected Gmail accounts to detect recurring subscriptions
  • Uses AI to classify and categorize your subscriptions
  • Provides one-click unsubscribe functionality for email senders
  • Creates email filters to mute noisy senders (Gmail only)
  • Offers cancel guides for popular services

3. Accounts and Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Email Access and Permissions

By connecting your email account, you grant SubKiller permission to:

  • Read email headers and metadata to detect subscriptions
  • Create and manage email filters on your behalf (Gmail only)
  • Send unsubscribe emails on your behalf when you request it

You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your account from the dashboard or revoking access in your Google account settings.

5. Free and Premium Plans

5.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes one inbox scan to find your subscriptions. Additional features require a Premium subscription.

5.2 Premium Plan

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($7.99/month) or annually ($59.99/year) through Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@subkill.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee that all subscriptions will be detected — detection depends on email content and AI accuracy.
  • We do not guarantee that unsubscribe requests will be successful — this depends on the sender's compliance with unsubscribe standards.
  • We are not responsible for any charges from third-party services. Always verify cancellations directly with the service provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubKiller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and content, is owned by SubKiller and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@subkill.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
